The Bed Pad's outside layer is a soft polyester loop fabric and the inside layer is air mesh. The Bed Pad dimensions are 24"H x 36"L and is designed to treat chakra points. Positioning the pad on top of the bed sheet, in between the mattress pad and sheet, or in a chair improves upper and lower body circulation and enhances oxygen delivery improving energy, stamina, and sleep.
